I would love to be able to pick out a prison name for him. Perhaps "He Who Keep Butt Up Against Wall" would fit. Or maybe, "Ankle Grabber."
Justice will be served in some form or another to this guy.
I am sure the Gwoptards are having fits that their precious Jon Boy may face some jail time. Because they all know he was a poor, innocent, down trodden man. If that's the case, he won't have a chance in hell against Bubba once he hits the jail cell.

TMZ has learned the judge in the Jon and Kate Gosselin war has canceled today's hearing because of a "family emergency." Court officials tell us Judge Arthur Tilson's wife died of cancer early this morning. The hearing will be put off until at least next week

"Jon Gosselin used his computer skills to hack into his wife Kate's e-mail, online bank accounts and cell phone, and he smoked marijuana at the family home while watching their kids!
Those blockbuster charges are being leveled against the former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8 by his ex-girlfriend and family baby sitter in an exclusive ENQUIRER interview.
Stephanie Santoro also reveals that Jon plans to demand alimony from Kate, and says he caught on to his estranged wife's affair with her married bodyguard Steve Neild.
Stephanie, a single mom and aspiring model, got to know Jon while she was working as a cocktail waitress at his regular hangout, Legends nightclub near the Gosselin family estate in Wernersville, Pa.
"Jon told me that he hacked into pretty much everything of Kate's," Stephanie, 24, told The ENQUIRER. "He had access to her online banking, and he put a trace on every single one of her e-mails.
"Anytime she'd get an e-mail or send one, he'd get a copy of it. Besides that, he knows every single thing she does online, and every text message she gets or receives."
Computer savvy Jon - who once worked as an information technology specialist for the state of Pennsylvania - also claimed to have bugged Kate's cell phone, said Santoro.
"Every time Kate used her phone, Jon would know who she was talking to, and what they were saying. He always bragged that he had access to everything in Kate's life, and that he was going to use it against her," said Stephanie.
Things like THAT help when you're having a nasty divorce AND cleaning out a bank account!

Feel badly for the Judge. Imagine, your spouse is terminally ill but you have to come to work to listen to this sort of crap.
The judge's wife died! My condolences to the judge. I read this on TMZ and browsed the comment section a bit, the following comment literally made me yell "oh for F's sake!" at my computer...
"15. So the judge pushed his dying wife to the side to spend her last days on earth alone while he catered to Jon and Kate? For goodness sakes family 1st people! RIP Mrs. Judge Lady"
Further proof of the lack of education and unemployment common among the typical J&K hater. If this person had a job they'd understand that people, like judges, go to work. If they were educated, they would understand that judges aren't there to "cater" to anyone and that using the phrase "RIP Mrs. Judge Lady" makes them sound like they watched "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" one too many times...either that or they were busy getting high this morning instead of going out and finding a job.
While we're at it, what other misfortunes in the world can we blame on Jon and Kate? I know! The tension between Jon and Kate is so heated it is now the #1 cause of global warming!

On a more serious note, I feel for the judge and I can only hope that his wife's passing isn't engulfed by this Gosselin media frenzy. The fact that people were already commenting on it and making wild associations like in the comment above makes me fear the worst for this man. Folks, we don't need to know all the details about the judge or his sick wife, or her death, or why he was working in the days before she died. I know it's hard for some of you that live and breath for the latest tabloid fodder but say it with me now ok - NONE.OF.OUR.BUSINESS.

"We just got a pissed Papa Gosselin in NYC, where he actually whipped out his BlackBerry and read a new e-mail from Kate aloud -- one saying she refuses to see him and wants to limit his time with the kids on Thursday to only two hours.
Jon says the duo had originally planned to have a party together, but according to the e-mail, Kate now believes "Due to recent events, it'll be too stressful."
Jon called her demands "ridiculous," adding "I can stay as long as I want ... and I will."

And, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Jon’s friend Michael Lohan blames much of Jon’s problems on bad legal advice.
“From a legal standpoint, I don’t agree with anything being done right now,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com about Jon’s situation.

Despite being escorted around Los Angeles by his lawyer Mark Heller, Gosselin still managed to dig himself even deeper into a grave of bad publicity. Most recently he found himself the target of public anger over Kate’s claim that he emptied their joint bank account, leaving her with just $1,000 to pay their bills.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Michael Lohan says the reality star is being misled by those around him.
“First of all, I listened to Kate and I understand exactly where she’s coming from when it comes to paying the bills and taking care of the kids,” he told RadarOnline.com. “I also believe that Jon will not have his kids living with no roof over his head so I think they’ll work something out. However, and this is a big however, whoever his counsel was who advised Jon to do what he did are the ones who should be put on the chopping block.”
Jon’s counsel is attorney Mark Heller, who appeared with him Monday on The Insider, during which CNN’s Nancy Grace ripped into the reality star for getting bad legal advice.
Lohan tells RadarOline.com, he agrees.
“I agree 100 percent. What kind of counsel would advise Jon to prevent the camera crews from going on his property when they know that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen?” Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “What counsel would advise Jon to back off from doing an interview with E!—which Jon was offered and didn’t do--when TLC isn’t preventing Kate from doing any interviews at all?”
Jon truly reminds me of my ex brother-in-law. He's a petty, passive aggressive little weasel. Jon, if you want to be a "man", STFU. Focus on your kids and moving on with your life. A true man doesn't feel the need to belittle others or run his mouth. The sooner a judge throws a gag order on all this, the better.
